It could also be pronounced kale-o. I also prefer it spelled Kylo. Our youngest is Kyden and we also call him Ky 99% of the time. But if you don’t have problems correcting people-then that’s your choice. Just don’t be one of those moms that gets mad every time someone says it wrong. I had a lady bite my head off the other day at the hospital when I called out her daughters name as it was spelled and not as she wanted it pronounced. Good lord-sorry. Just politely correct me and move on. My middle sons name is always messed up so I’ve been there and I can understand. But I would never to mean to someone who said it wrong 🤷🏼‍♀️
