Best time for twin baby shower?

When is the best time to throw a twin baby shower? I see a lot of posts everywhere about women going into labor at 25-29 weeks. Should I have it around then? When did you guys have your twin baby showers?

I had mine at 31 weeks. I wish I had the BB shower at least two weeks prior. I would have enjoyed it a lot more.

I’m having one at 27, 28, and 30 weeks. I’m doing well but I want to be able to enjoy them and not be huge and uncomfortable.

I had mine at 26 weeks. My pregnancy didn’t have any complications but I had family leaving town for the summer and I wanted them at the shower. I’m glad had it that early because I was able to move around and enjoy it still!

I had mine at 30 weeks. We were planning one later however  we had to drive 3 hours and my OB suggested  moving it up.

I had mine at 27 weeks and it was perfect. I really wanted to have it two weeks earlier, but my sister in law sent out an invite for our nephews birthday that day. I think at 25 weeks I would have had more energy and more time to unpack things, but 27 weeks was still good. I had a cute bump, I wasn’t overly uncomfortable, and I could take my time sorting through gifts.
