Itch😓

The last two days my vagina or more so my labia area has been super itchy and feels raw. I have not been itching I used Ant-itch vaginal cream and wipes together all day. I am sexually active with one partner and we are both STD clean and use protection. Also this is kinda weird but I have this tissue like stuff on my labias when I wipe.. It's more or a cream but it looks like tissue paper.. Not sure what going on does this sound like a yeast infection. I'm going to the doctor end of the month and I don't want to go twice in one month.. Help please! Any idea
