I'm 23 and I've never had an orgasim before😔. It wasn't until 3 yrs ago that I realized that I was stopping myself from having one because I didn't realize that "I have to pee" sensation was the big O! Now I'm sooo use to stopping when that feelin comes that I can't have one. Help!!! Any advice is good advice
