Amazon registry questions??

My work is throwing my a baby shower on thursday! Yes im so excited. Well im starting to recieve shower gifts in the mail from amazon. Do i open them, wrap them and write who its from and take to the shower? How does this work?

If people sent stuff straight to my house I just opened it and sent a thank you note. They have the option at check out of whether to send it to you or send it to themselves, so if they sent it to you i say go for it. 🤷🏼‍♀️☺️

I just had a baby shower a couple weeks ago and I just opened things as they came in. Most people just brought the gifts them selves to the shower tho 😊

With ours, people who sent stuff to my house got a simple thank you card. I opened them and was not lugging all of it to the shower. On top of everything I had to bring home

The app has a section you can go to to see who sent you what. Go to the registry. Once opened, top left hand corner will say “baby registry” with a little down carrot symbol. Click there click on “thank you and returns”. You’ll be able to see exactly who sent you what!

At my last shower, I just thanked anyone as soon as I received anything that was directly sent to me. For the very few that did that and went to the shower, I recall saying that I wanted to thank *insert names here* for *insert gifts here* as well, once I was done opening presents at the shower. Not necessary, but I thought it may help if any of them were feeling anxiety about coming empty handed to the shower. I'd probably say a fairly generalized thank you rather than specific names if there were a lot of people that gifted early before the shower.

I have opened my baby shower gifts that have been sent from my amazon registry.  If they wanted you to wait then they should of sent it to their own house lol I'm also to excited not to open them
