I have another question . Sept. 1 ,2015 I was spotting for that while day . Sept 2 , 2015 I was having a heavy , cramping , and painful flow . the 3rd , 4th and 5th was normal no pain/cramps but on the 6 ( Which was the last day ) I started back spotting than I had a brown discharge. But what I'm asking is do I have a four day period or I still count spotting as day one and the last day of my period.. I don't know really when I ovulate I just goes by my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">ovulation app</a>
