Ladies I'm in need of some new advice. My wife and I have been trying for a little over a year now without any luck. Everything with me and our donor is good, so I'm wanting to try something new this cycle. We normally inseminate when I get my first positive on my opk and lay with my hips up, have stimulation and wear a soft cup I used to pressed but ran out and havent gotten any more yet. But nothing we are doing seems to be working, so if you ladies have any tricks that helped you conceive we would greatly appreciate it thank you.
