Best infant car seat?

So I deleted my original post cause I wasn’t clear. My brain doesn’t work right! I’m looking for an infant caraway, the kind you carry lol. I have used a Graco snugride but am open to anything! Tell me your favorites, would prefer not to spend over $400.

I have a chicco keyfit 30. I got the whole travel system with the bravo LE stroller for $250 and an additional base for $50. Its inexpensive because there are newer models available, but the keyfit 30 is still one of the highest rated carseats available. Its comfy and breathable, comes with it's own infant insert/head support(so you know its safe). Only downside is it is a little heavier than others its 9lbs

Chicco Keyfit we had first time around and couldn’t go wrong with it except it felt plastic-y to me. I’m going for the Britax B-Safe ultra cool flow this time.

I have a Cosco set. It came with stroller, carseat, & base although the carseat has the part for a strap so you don't have to use the base. It even says that on the carseat. I got it at Burlington coat factory for $135.
