Scar between my breasts

I have a weird looking scar in between my breasts. It is weird to me and I would like to know how to get rid of it. The gynecologist said not to worry about it (I guess a lot of women have it) and gave me Cream to help it go away but it didn't work. I've had it for 4 years now (it just showed up one day), and sometimes there will be a hole in my chest the size of a dime. If any of you have a solution for this, I'd appreciate it!!!!
