Weird bleeding STILL 6 weeks pp 🙄

Sooo i stopped bleeding last week for a whole week. Tried sex a bunch and couldn’t do it bc it hurt so bad. And then I orgasmed and I guess it made my uterus angry bc I started bleeding again. At first it was light but since yesterday it’s been like normal period flow with little clots and all. Is this my period back? I called my doctors office and the nurse said that it’s normal and my body is just getting used to not having a baby in it. But I don’t feel like it’s normal 🤷🏽‍♀️
