Cavities?

I have never in my life had a cavity!! But past few years I've been in a deep depression. And havent been to a dentist and stop taking care of my teeth and ate like shit. Now I have Four (4) cavities!! And they are in the Front!! I've never needed any dental work and only gotten my teeth cleaned in the past. Well went today to get them cleaned and found out about the cavities. I may even need a root canal on one. Can anybody tell me what they'll do? Like how do they fix cavities in the front of your teeth? My anxiety is so bad right now. Please help! Any advice is appreciated!!
