Why do men , flirt, talk to other women while being in a relationship. I know a lot of guys that are like this but swear they love their girl and swear they don’t do do it on purpose.

Why do men flirt and talk to other girls while they have something good by their side. I feel like almost all the men I know, friends , the bf’s of my friends. Past bf’s. Are they really all the same? And can they truly love you even tho they do this? Is it a man thing, ego thing?
