Stop body shaming!

I’ve been working so hard but I can’t seem to escape the body-shamer. She is so annoying and so rude about how I look all of the time. I have recently lost 35 pounds (thanks to getting a handle on my PCOS) but she still makes me feel like I’m not sexy enough for my husband. She is a real b***h sometimes... it’s so hard to escape the body shame when it’s you shaming yourself... this is a before and now (215 on the left & 180 on the right.) does anyone have any fitness tricks for losing weight with PCOS. I am already on Metformin & Femara.

We have been TTC since May of 2017, but just recently have started getting positive opk.

I really need some motivation right now to keep going! 😅
