Unisom safety?

I'm almost 19 weeks and STILL cannot survive without taking half a unisom at night with B6, ON TOP of my prescription for nausea. I've been on unisom (3 half pills a day) since week 6! Even if the OB says it's safe, I'm still worried it's not... Anybody out there that knows medicine and has advice?

Your OB "knows medicine" and is a far better source than internet strangers. They wouldn't tell you something is safe if it isn't. My personal experience, based on the knowledge of my OB, is that unisom is fine to take the whole time. I'm 38 weeks and still take it every night.

I took unisom and B6 until I delivered. Completely safe and I recommend it to everybody because I helped me so much

Thank you so all who answered. I know it sounds stupid to question somebody who knows medicine. I've just have had family members who've had untrustworthy doctors and I'm afraid of consequences. Just wanted reassurance from personal experiences of people who've taken unisom and give birth. Thanks again :).
