My cycle is usually 21-22 days with duration of 4-5 days.

I have ovulated on 29&30 since both days have positive test result.

Unfortunately I couldn’t have a baby dance as supposed to be as my husband has to travel and we did it only on the 31st.

No on DPO7 I realized that am having a painful bloating, sever constipation and my BBT is high compared to usual (usually it’s between 35.5C and 36.3C) since the 15 day of cycle my bbt became (36.5, 36.7, 36.6)

I know it’s a bit odd but using the bbt chart to know the ovulation is normal but can it be a sign of pregnancy?
