Walking Motivation
Hey y’all!
So, I need to lose weight for my health. My goal is 190 or less, depending on how I look...I’m 5’10” and want to be healthy.
My boyfriend is supportive of me. And boy, am I thankful! He’s a healthy gentleman. Anyway, he agreed that walking is a good start to my weight loss/getting fit journey.
In AZ, it gets hot early...REALLY hot too. Do any of you have any good tips for self-motivation to get up heckin early to go on a walk?
