Have you told anyone yet?

Question

My husband and I have known our first round of IVF worked for about 2 weeks. We're a little over 5 weeks now. 
Have you ladies told anyone yet? I seriously don't know how much longer I can keep this a secret.

We told our parents and my husband’s sister the day we found out! They have all been very involved in our journey (giving shots, dr apts, moral support) and we decided to share with them immediately. Going to wait to tell the rest of our siblings and family until a later time.

I don’t think I’ll tell my parents or in-laws until three months. Yes it’s exciting but I think being cautious is a good thing. I knew a girl who announced a bit early and then miscarried... sad but it does happen.
Some of my friends who know I’m doing IVF, as well as my sisters, will probably know earlier since I usually drink and they’ll figure it out 😂

I'm planning on telling our parents after my ultrasound Tuesday. I'm 6w4d.

I told one of my sisters the day I found out bc we needed her help during the IVF process.  I will probably tell my parents after the first ultrasound but will try to hold out until the second.  They arent aware we are going through the IVF process so I feel like we need to 'own up' for these last 6 months if that makes sense.  I know it's still technically early but I want them to be able to enjoy the pregnancy with me and if something happens I'm sure I'll be needing their support.  We arent as close to my in laws so we arent planning on telling them until we are closer to our second trimester.  
Honestly I think at then end of the day there is no right or wrong answer or an exact time to tell.  Do whatever makes you happy and whatever you and your partner are comfortable with ❤

I told my parents and sister the day I found out only because I talk to them everyday and they have been very involved and supportive through my whole IVF journey. I waited to tell my mother in law until after our first ultrasound appointment to make sure everything was looking okay. I don’t plan to tell anyone else until we are nearing the 1st trimester if all goes well!
