I can’t move!! Help!!!
I randomly bent down & i had a horrible pain in my lower back a little to my butt i now seriously can’t move i managed to get on the bed but even sitting hurts!! Wtf is going on?? I honestly can’t even move to grab my baby right now should i call the ambulance what should i doo to help this situation i have a 3 month old and don’t wanna bring her to the ER I’m sitting on my bed I’m so much pain i feel so stiff
