Anyone else?

Question

Terrified of labor? This is my third baby, first was a breeze, vaginal birth went into labor on my own. My second was an induction, and it went pretty smooth as well, and I didn’t feel any anxiety, but for some weird reason, I am TERRIFIED of labor this time. I’m only 14 weeks so I guess I have some time to prepare, but I’m so scared something bad is going to happen. Anyone else, or am I just crazy??

I am only because my daughter had shoulder dystocia. They said it’s up to me if I want a c-section and I have no clue what I’m gonna do yet. 😭 But I was cool as a cucumber with my first lol.

I’m only scared because I’m not getting the epidural this time 😭 I went all the way to 8cm without it while laboring at home. They recommended me to get it for sleep but I really regret it because it took forever (I mean literal hours) after the baby was born to wear off. I’m just scared of the pushing part since I know what contractions feel like. 😭😭😭😖😖😖

I was!  I was feeling shockingly anxious for this being my third.  Then I read Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth.  I’m actually looking forward to labor again.
