How did you ladies know it was time to get one? Was it worth it? Which one did you decide on? I've been putting it off because they're $50+. My back and hips are in so much pain all night and in the mornings that all I do is toss and turn all night and wake up hurting. I have a wedge pillow that fits between your knees. I've had it a while because I have back issues already and It helped for a while but isn't anymore at 26 weeks. I end up throwing it across the room.
