Anyone still rock their 5 month old to sleep?

We hold her for naps a lot of the time but that is more of a preference. She goes down on her own for bedtime

Yup. I can put him down at night but when I put him down for naps he usually wakes up.

I am guilty of holding him during naps and we just hold him to fall asleep then put him down. We haven‘t gotten the him falling to sleep on his own and I’m scared to start trying.

I actually hold my son for naps and bed time. I hold him all night. If he can’t feel me, he wakes up screaming. I’ve slept with him since Day 1. It isn’t for everyone, but I’m a SAHM. So I soak up every minute of holding him. ❤️

She can put herself to sleep but I usually rock her.

When my baby is ready to sleep he gets super fussy and doesn’t want to be rocked or held, wants to go lay in his crib and listen to his music/lights thing. However, when I worked at a daycare we always rocked babies to sleep
