I believe cheating starts from the first conversation with the opposite sex which your SO knows nothing about.

it’s gonna be different for every person/couple. no boundaries are the same. for me personally, i would consider flirting the beginning of cheating. i would be entertain another man, and my husband wouldn’t entertain another woman, and that’s something we both agree about.

It's different for some.
I consider it cheating if you're being sexual or romantic in any way with someone that's not me. IN ANY WAY. No kisses, no cuddles, no admitting crushes... any of that shit.
