Ultrasound when???

Question

When did you get your first ultrasound? Is it earlier if you had ivf or are over 35? Did your clinic do it or regular care? It appears mine isn't scheduled until 5/29, which would be 12 weeks!? I cannot wait that long!!!

7 weeks is when mine is scheduled to look for a heartbeat

Our clinic does ultrasounds at 6 weeks and then 8 weeks. After that they hand you over to your OBGYN.  My first OB appointment was at 10 weeks when we got to hear the heartbeat with a doppler and then another ultrasound at 12 weeks.

Mine was 5 weeks then I go every week until my fertility doctor discharges me which is around 8-10 weeks. I know for my OB office the first ultrasound they see you at is 8 weeks

I have had four so far. 6, 7.5, 9, and 10 weeks. Will have others at 13,17,20 too.

Thank you all for your input! This is very helpful! I think I will touch base with my ivf clinic and see if they can do an ultrasound earlier.
