Tf is a plug? Like a cup? I’ve been using tampons during the day and pads at night since 13

You mean cups? I’ve never heard of a plug. I use tampons. I got my period when I was 7, and used tampons by 9. I use tampons and pads and tampons with panty liners during the day.

Wtf is a plug I’m confused but I use pads because it’s easier to up and go instead of worrying about if the string breaks etc pads help you just relax and enjoy yourself plus tampons are messy
