I don't know exactly where to turn or to look. We have a dog that just isn't handling life very well right now, and he's not taking kindly to anything baby we're bringing in. He's been consistently peeing in the same area of the house for months, we thought we had finally gotten him to stop since there were no accidents for a month but then he started it up again a few weeks ago. My husband was in the ER tonight and I got the call saying he was there so I left, I came home and the dog had peed in the house, ripped up all my thank you cards for my baby shower and ate a pair of my maternity pants. This dog we rescued, and he has been essentially thrown away by various owners. I don't want to be another owner who gives up on him, but I don't know how to help him- or how to get him to stop. I don't want to give up a part of our family, but I can't have him doing this when my son is born. What do I do?
