All of it is shit lol. But if I had to pick just one thing, it would be my lower back pain. I have lumbar lordosis and the back pain from my period makes me feel like someone is bending me over backwards and trying to snap me in half. Nothing makes it better, so I just have to wait until af decides to get tf out.
