How to dress for internship?

I start my internship in May so it is going to be warmer. I will be interning in a courthouse under the clerk, commonwealth attorney and victim/witness coordinator, so I need to dress nice. What are some ideas? I get hot really easily since I’m a plus sized girl so I’m worried about that, also any stores would be great :)
