Labor is stressing my dog out

I feel so bad. I’m in early labor and my poor 14 year old jack Russell is pacing the floors following me. Appears to be in distress and idk how to calm him down.

He didn’t do this with my first so it’s making me nervous that he’s nervous. Anyone else have a super in tuned pet ?
