EXTREME weight loss during pregnancy?

Question

The day I found out I was pregnant (June 15th) I weighed 240 lbs. August 7th at my OB appointment I weighed 220 lbs. 2 days ago (September 13th) at the ER I only weighed 175.5. I also found out I have high blood pressure and I had preeclampsia with my son so I'm worried. Btw I have PCOS too. 
Anyone else seen this in pregnancy?

I did something similar with my first...I was 150, went down to 130, and platoed until 35 weeks and in 5 weeks blew up to 195...dont stress

I started at 353 @ 6 weeks, 338 @ 10 weeks, 325 @ 14 weeks.  I don't go back till the 1st, but at home in weighing in at 319.  My Dr isn't thrilled I'm losing but isn't concerned either.  I say talk with your Dr!!!

I have PCOS but my weight loss was from severe hypoglycemia. Went from 140 to 115 and I'm 20 weeks now. I haven't gained any weight back but I haven't lost any in the last two weeks. Hoping I'll be able to gain a few pounds by next visit. Baby is good, only measuring a day behind. My doctor reccomended boost protein supplement shakes to help keep my sugar up and hopefully gain a few pounds. Not sure if it's something similar.

I've seen people lose lots of weight while pregnant, typically bigger gals, but they didn't have any additional problems. If your doctor hasn't said anything to you about it then I'd assume he doesn't think it's a problem either. My starting weight was 152lbs before getting pregnant. I dropped down to 136lbs and have been gaining it back now as I get further along. My doctor has said from the beginning it's fine as long as I don't go below the suggested weight for someone my height.

I haven't seen this. I'm heavier than you, with high blood pressure and PCOS. I only lost about 10 & my doctor told me to stop losing weight. I gained 3 pounds my last appointment. That does seem like a lot of weight to lose? Prayers everything is okay. Keep us updated
