Have custody of a child that's not mine. The parents get her every other week. Today I picked her up from them at 5:30 and got home an hour later. They had gone to the park at like 2 and I actually think it was before that because it rained. At 6:45 we noticed her diaper was full of sand and it was caked on her little booty. Had to put her in the bath to get it off. This meant she had been in that sandy diaper for hours. The sand left little red dots all over her skin. Do I need to call DHS or am I overreacting? Kid is 20 months old
