Is this safe/clean? If a condom is used. Is this a bad idea??

Not a good idea, sounds like a yeast infection waiting to happen. The constant moisture and heat make perfect conditions for bacteria to grow, I wouldn't risk it personally.

Oh god, unless it was my own hot tub, i wouldn't do it. We have some friends who have one and have owned up to having sex in theirs so I won't set foot near it. God knows how often the clean it/put new chemicals in it

I’ve done it before. It was great! Although I was on the pill and we didn’t use a condom, so I’m not sure how that would work out. But like other people have said, there are those risks, so I wouldn’t stay in for a long time.

Definitely not something I would do. Tons of bacteria and chemicals that you really don't want pushed in your body.
