Tips for home insemination

Hi Ladies,

Just got to know tgat I am pregnant.Waiting for the first ultrasound 🙂 Since Glow has helped me a lot in this process,wanted to post some tips that helped me

1.Track your cycles 3-4 months before TTC and log tgem

2.Use ovolution hone kits.Start with day according to the prediction in app and try 6-7 days

3.Baby dance start atleast 3 days before ovolution and on the day and day after it

4.Use fresh sperm and any cheap injection and lift your legs uo after yr partner injects it in you.

5.Keep legs up for 30 mins and sleep night
