How to help with engorgment? TMI Boob pic

I’m trying to stop breastfeeding, I’ve already switched my baby to formula but my boobs are in so much pain. How do I help with this?

You might have mastitis. I’d see your doctor asap. Until then, soak your breasts in warm water or take a hot shower and massage them so they can drain. You should only cut out one feeding session at a time so you don’t get clogged ducts/mastitis

The redness concerns me because that’s a sign mastitis, I’d call your doctor to schedule a check up. Until then a hot compress, hand express enough to feel comfortable, pure peppermint extract, cabbage leaves. You shouldn’t cut off cold turkey because you have such a high risk of clogged milk ducts and mastitis

Photo removed by glow? That’s the first time I’ve seen that.  I saw the picture earlier and I didn’t see anything wrong with it.  
I agree with what others said though about the redness looking concerning and to be careful about mastitis.  It may help to stand in a warm shower and hand express a small amount just to relieve the pressure and avoid clogged ducts.
