Do you think women who deliver unmediated deserves more recognition than women who delivered medicated ?

Today my husband and I had this conversation and he thought I should ask how other women felt about the topic. Does one deserve more recognition?

No!! Absolutely not. Doesn’t matter how your baby comes into the world everyone deserves the same recognition.

To me, no.
It’s like with c-section vs vaginal. Still birthing a child. 
Some people have a higher pain tolerance than others. But that’s just my take on it. Could go into more detail.. 😂 but I think that sums it up.

I delivered naturally with pitocin contractions since I didn't have a choice. I don't deserve a metal for screaming my head off and a third degree tear.

I know the correct answer is no, but I also know that if I'm not able to do it without medication (like my mom, grandmother, friends), then I will feel like I've done less somehow. This is totally a personal thing I need to overcome and not a judgment on other women, but I completely understand where this question is coming from!

So, most of the women have the same points I made to my husband. We all go through the nine months, carry children and in the end, we all give birth. I feel all women should be recognized rather its vaginal, c section, medicated, unmedicated.
However, I did notice some people actually voted yes.  For those of you who choose “yes” I’m wondering why you feel this way...

Giving birth is a big thing to do . Medicated or not we brought a human to the world and that’s a big high 5 to all women ! So to me we all deserve recognition.

I delivered both my girls without medication and my only thought is man they are way smarter than I am 😂😂😂 
Everyone deals with pain differently. Someone who chooses medication is just as strong and amazing as someone who does without. 
I choose to do without because I don’t want to deal with any possible side affects.
