How was your first period aftrr you started taking vitex?

It's been a month taking vitex and after a week taking it it stopped my spotting,I was spotting the whole month before I started taking vitex, and my first period was a day of bleeding then the next day nothing. Then the next day I bleed and felt like m normal period but only had it for two days so I'm guessing I had a 3 day period so far for this month :) HOPEFULLY it just keep getting better!
