I don’t know what to do

I’m new at the whole sexual side of a relationship but I’m currently going under of stress. My period is due today (at its earliest) and I thought I had gotten it while my boyfriend was fingering me, it was bright- vibrant red, but tonight when I took my tampon out there wasn’t even a drop of blood on it. I’ve been getting normal period symptoms, and I don’t believe I could be pregnant as we’ve used a condom when we tried actual sex a week ago (that didn’t go well and I bled the tiniest bit after) and we believe our hands have always been clean. I really need help
