Can someone HELP!!

I took a pt at 7DPO I knew it would be to early but couldn't hold out. AF wasn't suppose to show her face until The 13 but she came on the 12th and that entire day it was a heavy flow then the 13th it was medium the 14th & 15th it was just spotting.. AF usually last 4 days with the same medium flow each day. My stomach feels like I have a mini bump my nipples are sore breast are heavy!!! Could I still be pregnant and this is my last visit from AF or something else??? Help please
