Concerned momma to be
OK so I'm 11wks and still very active. I go to the gym 2 days a week since that's all that fits with my work schedule. Yesterday I went and I think I pulled a muscle in my lower abdomen (pelvic area) and have been in pain since. Everytime I wanted to move from side to side while sleeping it hurt and it hurts to stand up straight. I called the doctor and left a message. But I'm a bit on the paranoid side. What do I do 😩
