How to make dad make time for us

My partner works hard, he feels like he has to in order to ensure a roof over our heads. Sometimes I feel like work is also a refuge for him so whenever he has free time he prefers to work as he feels that’s a better way to spend time, it does not make him feel guilty. How do I make him relax a little and spend more time with us as a family?
