Postpartum Recovery

I am 10 days pp and had a first degree tear. How long does the pain last? I feel like it’s constantly throbbing and it burns when I urinate (externally-not a uti ) or clean with the mom washer. I called my OB & his nurse said that if there’s no odor or abnormal discharge then everything is fine.

I was induced at 41 week and my baby was immediately taken to the NICU then air lifted to another, more specialized hospital. Not sure if my recovery is taking longer because I’m constantly on the go or if this is normal.
