What do I do?
So I recently recovered from anorexia where I got down to 49 kgs (I’m 5”7).
I have also had a miscarriage at 8 weeks about three weeks ago. I have put on quite a bit of weight since the miscarriage and I’m really wanting to lose it but don’t know how to do that without getting sucked back into calorie counting, weighing myself constantly and starving myself. Can anyone please help?
