Allergy meds?!

Question

Any allergy medicine I can take while breastfeeding that won’t affect my supply? I’ve been using essential oil roll on that you put on your forehead, it seems to be helping some but not enough lol.

I have taken prescribed Zyrtec my allergies with all my pregnancies and breastfeeding children, currently even. I'm also on weekly allergy antigen shots. Just make sure you keep hydrated and you'll be fine. A friend of mine says Zyrtec lowers, but doesn't eliminate, her supply so she says she does better on Claritin when she's nursing. She's also a Dr and certified in lactation so she knows a lot on the medical side and as a nursing mom.
