So I had a 1st degree tear of my perineum that did get some stitches. No issue with that. However, I did have some stretching/ tearing on the right side my my labia towards the inside of my vagina that required 3 individual stitches in different spots. I feel like I’m healing well but my stitches haven’t dissolved and now they itch SO bad. Is this normal?? I didn’t have stitches on my labia with my first. The stitches on my Perineum don’t itch at all. I’m 16 days postpartum.
