Eyes playin tricks ?👀

So up until 36 I had no idea what I was having because I didn’t want to know. But after a emergency room run I was giving the option again to find out what I was having. The technician was very anxious to tell me I was having a girl after knowing I didn’t know the sex. Now I’m thinking like was she sure those are “lips” and not “balls” lol. I want a baby so bad but I could not imagine her area being that big unless the scan was zoomed in. Is she playing with my head or is this indeed my little prayed upon miracle
