Tips if you have any!!

I had my thyroid removed a few years ago. I started working out in January in an effort to lose weight. My doctors and I are trying to find the right dose of thyroid hormone. I have lost about 13 pounds so far. Can anyone else with thyroid issues provide tips? Whether it be food choices or workouts I’d really appreciate it! I workout 5-6 times per week.
