Spotting with vaginal discharge

I’m 36+5 today and lost pieces of my mucus plug yesterday all day and this morning. Every time I wipe there’s mucus like snot. I know it regenerates so I wasn’t worried but this morning when I wipe I get blood. Only a little. I’m not sure if it’s something to call my doctor about? I haven’t had sex in 2-3 days and didn’t have any spotting until now so I don’t think it’s from the sex. Is this normal to have? It’s literally like a couple little dots when I wipe.
