Car seat stroller combos?

Okay I'm looking at car seats, and I really want to get one that can detach from the base and connect to a stroller, but I would also like it to not be an infant car seat because I want it to grow with the baby and adjust as needed. What have you guys found?

Evenflo has one you can get a single and it comes with a car seat or you can get a singe/double and it come with a car seat and base

Sorry, but it is definitely one or the other. You either get the infant car seat that can come out and attach to the stroller, or you get the convertible one that grows with baby, but stays in car. You have to choose which is more important to you
