But I am. My family lives in another state. They are constantly FaceTiming, texting me, calling me to see the baby. I wouldn’t mind, except that when I don’t answer I get hostile messages saying how I am being inconsiderate and they want to see the baby when he is awake. I get it. But i will call when we have time—and when this child is awake my attention is on him, feeding him, & caring for him. I have told them this and they don’t respect my choice.
