Ovulating

If you don't get your period do you still ovulate that month? I'm 6 days late (not pregnant) but eve says my risk of pregnancy starts going up in a couple days but I haven't bled yet? I also just stopped my bc so that's probably why I'm late but do I still ovulate idk how to track this stuff
