He used to be asleep by 10:30 11ish. I decided to change his routine by not letting him nap after 5pm and now he goes to bed every night between 7:30 to 8.

It's a struggle to get her to sleep by 11 PM. She wakes up at 6 eats for 30 mins then sleeps till 11 am or noon. Which Is kind of nice.

My girl used to stay up till 11/12 every night but I stopped letting her nap long in the morning and it helped get her bed time to 9 thankfully 🙏🏻 I don’t let her nap past 2 hours now at any time... she was doing like a 4/5 hour nap after her first feed.
